For over ten years he’s limited his practice to representing victims.

Throughout his career, Attorney Logan successfully resolved numerous complex cases by settlement and through mediation, arbitration, court trials and jury trials. In fighting for his clients, he frequently takes on powerful adversaries, including governments and big corporations. In matters he briefed and argued before the Connecticut Supreme Court, Attorney Logan obtained decisions establishing new law in the state instrumental to obtaining justice not only for his injured client, but also to the benefit of the public at large.

A known leader in the Connecticut Bar Association (CBA), Attorney Logan is a current member and past chairman of the CBA’s Standing Committee in Professional Ethics. He frequently lectures lawyers on the topic of legal ethics and the Rules of Professional Conduct. In nine years as a director of the Connecticut Bar Foundation, he assisted in overseeing the funding provided to Connecticut’s pro bono legal services, non-profit agencies. As a writer, Attorney Logan is the author of numerous articles appearing in Connecticut legal publications.

It was in recognition of his years of devoted service to the Association and its causes that the CBA accorded Attorney Logan the honor of its prestigious 2012 John Eldred Shields Distinguished Professional Services Award.

In recognition of his advocacy on behalf of his clients, Attorney Logan received the designation of "SuperLawyer" from Thompson Reuters in publications for the years 2006, 2007, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2018, 2019 and 2020.
