Attorney Nedelman Herbst graduated Cum Laude from Vermont Law School in May, 2005. While a student there, she taught first year students Legal Writing and Research, served on the Moot Court Advisory Board, and was a member of the Women’s Law Group.
Since being admitted to the Connecticut Bar in October of 2005, Attorney Nedelman Herbst served as a Legal Research Clerk for the judges of the Superior Court of Connecticut in both the Litchfield and Waterbury Judicial Districts. During the summer of 2004, Attorney Nedelman Herbst interned as a Student Prosecutor in the Norfolk County District Court in Quincy, Massachusetts and was lead prosecutor in two driving under the influence trials. During the spring of 2005, she interned with the State’s Attorney in the Litchfield Judicial District, during which time she appeared in the Litchfield Superior Court.
Originally from Braintree, Massachusetts, Attorney Nedelman Herbst received a Bachelors of Arts degree from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, New York in May, 2002. While at Skidmore College, she served two years as Vice President of the Student Government Association and was awarded the Thoroughbred Award for her service and the Rozendaal Outstanding Citizenship Award. Attorney Nedelman Herbst lives in Torrington.
